A Brief Background of the Company

Trendell Simpson is a long established, family owned business, which has been operating out of Dundee for over 70 years and is an amalgamation of 4 companies, one of which dates back to 1851.

The business began life by producing tags for the laundry trade and had a significant UK wide market. Changing times meant the Company diversifying into other markets and during the 1980's and 90's we developed into one of the major print suppliers to the UK Travel and Tourism market.

During the 1990's and the early part of this decade we continued to expand our capabilities to significantly widen our portfolio of clients and to ensure that we were able to offer a 'one-stop shop' print service.

In July 2008, Trendell Simpson merged with Tayport Printers Ltd and a new company was formed (East of Scotland Colour Print Ltd T/A Trendell Simpson).
Both companies had skilled and experienced staff and we were able to combine the best of the equipment, retaining all of the existing staff and put ourselves in a very strong position to move forward.

We are now one of the largest print suppliers in the East of Scotland and, through our sales team, provide a personal service to our clients throughout Edinburgh, Fife, Tayside, Aberdeen and, with the recent addition of and Inverness Sales Manager, the whole of the northern part of Scotland.
